Link building for SaaS gets complicated quickly.

You are rarely trying to rank one simple service page. You may need authority for feature pages, integration pages, alternatives content, comparison pages, use-case landing pages, technical resources, or a growing library of product-led content. The publications linking to those pages also need to make sense for your buyers.

That is why the best SaaS link building agencies tend to look different from generic backlink providers.

You need links from real sites with actual audiences. You may also need a team that understands B2B SaaS buying cycles, technical topics, competitive SERPs, digital PR, and increasingly the role that third-party mentions play in AI search.

Pricing varies sharply by model. Productized placements can cost a few hundred dollars each, while specialist SaaS SEO and authority-building retainers commonly start around $5,000 per month and can reach $15,000+.

For this comparison, we ranked ten agencies based on SaaS expertise, link quality and process, documented results, public client feedback, service depth, and commercial fit. We also checked whether an agency primarily sells white hat SaaS link building, a broader SEO program, or a productized backlink service.

You will find all three models below.

1. uSERP

uSERP

Overview:

uSERP is your strongest fit when link acquisition itself is a major growth priority. You get a specialist authority-building team with substantial SaaS experience, transparent link-building packages, digital PR capabilities, and an increasing focus on links and mentions that can support AI-search visibility.

Realistic caveat:

You need a meaningful budget. uSERP’s dedicated link-building packages sit well above entry-level SaaS SEO retainers, so it makes more sense for established companies than early-stage startups experimenting with backlinks.

Snapshot:

  • Best for: Established SaaS companies investing heavily in authority
  • Known for: High-authority editorial backlinks and SaaS link campaigns
  • Popular services: Link building, digital PR, AI-search visibility, GEO/AEO, fractional SEO
  • Minimum spend/retainer bands: Engagements start around $5,000/month; dedicated link-building packages are currently listed at approximately $7,000, $10,000, and $15,000/month
  • Notable clients: monday.com, Robinhood, CrowdStrike, Freshworks, ActiveCampaign
  • Years in the industry: Founded 2019
  • Client rating: 4.9/5 from 21 Clutch reviews

Summary of online reviews:

Clients consistently praise uSERP for link quality, organization, responsiveness, and the team’s ability to connect link acquisition with broader SEO goals. SaaS clients also highlight its knowledge of digital PR and content-led authority building. A small amount of feedback asks for more context when publishing timelines change and more opportunities beyond conventional manual outreach. Overall, the review pattern is unusually consistent for a specialist backlink agency.

2. Skale

Skale

Overview:

Skale is ideal when you want B2B SaaS link building to sit inside a broader organic growth program. Its positioning is firmly SaaS and tech focused, with link building connected to content, SEO strategy, conversions, pipeline, and AI-search visibility.

Realistic caveat:

If you only want a fixed number of backlinks each month, Skale’s broader strategic model may be more service than you need.

Snapshot:

  • Best for: B2B SaaS companies building a complete organic acquisition channel
  • Known for: SaaS SEO tied to pipeline and revenue
  • Popular services: Link building, SaaS SEO, GEO, content production, AI brand mentions, migrations
  • Minimum spend/retainer bands: Typically positioned in the mid-to-high four-figure and five-figure monthly retainer range, depending on scope
  • Notable clients: Pitch, UserZoom, Lightspeed, HubSpot, TravelPerk, Maze
  • Years in the industry: Founded 2019
  • Client rating: 4.9/5 from 16 Clutch reviews

Summary of online reviews:

Reviewers frequently mention strong SaaS expertise, proactive communication, flexibility, and reliable project management. Clients also report improvements across rankings, authority, traffic, and business-focused SEO metrics. One limitation worth noting is that some clients wanted higher-value links or more digital PR-style authority placements. That matters if premium backlinks are your only objective.

3. Editorial.Link

Editorial.Link

Overview:

Editorial.Link gives you a more flexible link-focused model with strong public reviews. It works particularly well when you want editorial placements, existing-content links, listicle mentions, or digital PR without committing to a large full-service SEO engagement.

Realistic caveat:

You still need to review relevance carefully. A strong domain does not automatically mean every placement is a good fit for your SaaS niche, target page, or buyer.

Snapshot:

  • Best for: SaaS teams wanting direct control over link placements
  • Known for: Pre-approved editorial links and transparent execution
  • Popular services: Editorial links, listicle mentions, digital PR, linkable assets, brand mentions
  • Minimum spend/retainer bands: Monthly packages generally start in the low four figures, with individual editorial placements available from several hundred dollars
  • Notable clients: NordVPN, Depositphotos, DiscoverCars, Capital.com, PandaDoc
  • Years in the industry: Roots date to Admix Global in 2016; Editorial.Link launched as a dedicated link-building brand in 2020
  • Client rating: 5.0/5 from 81 Clutch reviews

Summary of online reviews:

Editorial.Link has one of the strongest review profiles in this comparison, supported by a comparatively large public review sample. Clients repeatedly praise link quality, communication, delivery speed, transparency, and the ability to approve opportunities before placement. Some feedback notes that individual placements can occasionally lack ideal industry context. That makes your own quality-control standards important, especially in technical SaaS categories.

4. Siege Media

Siege Media

Overview:

Siege Media makes sense when you want links earned through content rather than a conventional placement pipeline. Its strength is combining SEO, content creation, research, digital PR, and link earning into campaigns capable of attracting authority organically.

Realistic caveat:

Its higher-touch content model can become expensive if your primary goal is simply acquiring a predictable number of links each month.

Snapshot:

  • Best for: SaaS brands investing in content-led authority
  • Known for: Linkable content and data-driven digital PR
  • Popular services: Link building, content marketing, digital PR, SEO, GEO
  • Minimum spend/retainer bands: Generally suited to companies with higher four-figure or five-figure monthly budgets
  • Notable clients: Intuit, Asana, Zendesk, Quicken Loans, Chime
  • Years in the industry: Founded 2012
  • Client rating: 4.9/5 from 48 Clutch reviews

Summary of online reviews:

Clients consistently highlight Siege Media’s content quality, communication, professionalism, organization, and analytical approach. Its ability to adapt content strategies across industries is another recurring strength. Some older review feedback asked for broader PR outreach capabilities, so you should confirm the precise outreach and promotion scope attached to your package. Overall satisfaction remains very high.

5. TripleDart

TripleDart

Overview:

TripleDart is a particularly relevant option if you want B2B SaaS link building connected to SEO, content, GEO, demand generation, and revenue. Its SaaS specialization is deeper than most general SEO agencies on this list.

Realistic caveat:

Because TripleDart is a full-service SaaS marketing agency, link building is only one component of a much broader offering. It may be excessive if backlinks are the only deliverable you need.

Snapshot:

  • Best for: SaaS companies wanting integrated organic and demand generation
  • Known for: B2B SaaS growth strategy
  • Popular services: SaaS SEO, link building, content, GEO, digital PR, B2B marketing
  • Minimum spend/retainer bands: SaaS link-building and organic-growth plans currently start from approximately $5,000/month
  • Notable clients: Storylane, Peoplebox, Kula, Plivo, Spendflo, SpotDraft
  • Years in the industry: Founded 2020
  • Client rating: 4.8/5 from 56 Trustpilot reviews

Summary of online reviews:

Trustpilot feedback frequently praises responsiveness, collaboration, SaaS knowledge, and the team’s ability to understand complex products. Reviewers also like having multiple marketing capabilities available under one partner. The main limitation for this comparison is evidence specificity: many reviews discuss paid media, websites, content, or broader marketing rather than link building alone. That makes its SaaS expertise clearer than its evidence for standalone backlink campaigns.

6. Page One Power

Page One Power

Overview:

Page One Power is a long-established specialist if you want manual outreach, content creation, and sustainable link acquisition. Its work includes software and technical companies, making it more relevant to this category than a generic backlink vendor.

Realistic caveat:

Its industry positioning is broad rather than exclusively focused on SaaS, so you should confirm relevant software experience during the sales process.

Snapshot:

  • Best for: Manual white hat SaaS link building
  • Known for: Relevance-first outreach and linkable content
  • Popular services: Manual link building, content creation, digital PR, SEO strategy, linkable assets
  • Minimum spend/retainer bands: Entry-level projects can start around $1,000; larger ongoing campaigns commonly run into several thousand dollars per month
  • Notable clients: Atera is one publicly referenced SaaS/technology example
  • Years in the industry: Founded 2010
  • Client rating: 4.7/5 from 17 Clutch reviews

Summary of online reviews:

Clients frequently praise communication, transparency, account management, research, and the quality of earned backlinks. Reviewers also appreciate the company’s preference for relevance and quality over mass link volume. Some clients have noted that externally created content can feel stylistically different from their existing material. If brand voice matters heavily, you may want tighter editorial involvement.

7. SimpleTiger

SimpleTiger

Overview:

SimpleTiger is a strong choice when your SaaS backlink strategy needs to work alongside technical SEO, buyer-intent content, AI visibility, and digital PR. Its positioning is focused on B2B SaaS and AI companies.

Realistic caveat:

You are buying a broader search-growth partner rather than a pure SaaS backlink agency.

Snapshot:

  • Best for: SaaS companies combining content, SEO, and authority growth
  • Known for: SaaS-specific SEO programs
  • Popular services: Link building, digital PR, SEO, content marketing, GEO, web design
  • Minimum spend/retainer bands: Generally positioned around higher four-figure and five-figure monthly engagements, depending on scope
  • Notable clients: Leapsome, Bitly, Gelato, Segment
  • Years in the industry: Founded 2006
  • Client rating: 4.9/5 from 32 Clutch reviews

Summary of online reviews:

Clients regularly praise SimpleTiger’s responsiveness, organization, SEO knowledge, and ability to deliver projects on schedule. Its content and organic-search expertise receive particularly strong feedback. Some clients have wanted the team to make strategic recommendations more proactively or define expectations more clearly during onboarding. The overall review profile remains strong.

8. SeoProfy

SeoProfy

Overview:

SeoProfy combines link building with technical SEO, competitor research, content, and AI-search optimization. It suits you if you want a data-heavy SEO partner capable of handling backlinks as part of a larger search strategy.

Realistic caveat:

SeoProfy publishes its own SaaS agency rankings and includes itself, so we did not treat those self-authored rankings as independent evidence.

Snapshot:

  • Best for: Data-driven SEO programs with substantial backlink execution
  • Known for: Competitive research and scalable SEO
  • Popular services: Link building, SaaS SEO, content, AEO, technical SEO, SEO consulting
  • Minimum spend/retainer bands: Approximately $1,600 to $10,000+/month
  • Notable clients: Jooble, FXTM, AUTODOC, Preply, VistaCreate, DMarket
  • Years in the industry: Founded 2012
  • Client rating: 4.9/5 from 99 Clutch reviews

Summary of online reviews:

SeoProfy’s review volume is substantial, with clients repeatedly praising communication, timeliness, professionalism, and measurable organic growth. Link quality also appears positively in review summaries. Some clients want deeper technical recommendations for specific platforms or clearer implementation detail. Its broad SEO capabilities are a strength, although they make it less specialized than a link-only provider.

9. Victorious

Victorious

Overview:

Victorious is better suited to you if link building is one part of a large SEO program rather than a standalone deliverable. It combines authority building with content, technical SEO, competitive analysis, and increasingly AI-search visibility.

Realistic caveat:

Its enterprise-oriented pricing and broader SEO model can be excessive for a SaaS startup that only needs backlinks.

Snapshot:

  • Best for: Mid-market and enterprise SaaS SEO
  • Known for: Large-scale search programs and structured SEO execution
  • Popular services: Link building, off-page SEO, technical SEO, content, AI-search optimization
  • Minimum spend/retainer bands: Published SEO packages are approximately $5,999, $8,999, and $14,999/month; Clutch separately lists a $50,000+ minimum project size
  • Notable clients: Salesforce, SoFi, GE Digital, Delta Dental, Bissell
  • Years in the industry: Founded 2013
  • Client rating: 4.8/5 from 119 Clutch reviews

Summary of online reviews:

Victorious has the largest public review sample in this comparison. Clients repeatedly mention knowledgeable account teams, transparency, communication, project management, and improvements in traffic and rankings. Link building itself also receives positive feedback. A recurring friction point is content customization, with some clients needing additional edits to better match their brand voice.

10. FATJOE

FATJOE

Overview:

FATJOE is the most productized option on this list. You can purchase blogger outreach, niche edits, managed link packages, digital PR, and brand mentions without entering a traditional agency retainer, making it useful when flexibility matters.

Realistic caveat:

You get less SaaS-specific strategic guidance than you would from a specialist B2B SaaS agency, and the available G2 review sample is much smaller than the review profiles used for most other companies in this comparison.

Snapshot:

  • Best for: Flexible and scalable outsourced link fulfillment
  • Known for: Productized SEO and white-label backlinks
  • Popular services: Blogger outreach, niche edits, managed link building, digital PR, brand mentions
  • Minimum spend/retainer bands: Roughly $83 to $524 per placement; managed campaigns around $675 to $5,400
  • Notable clients: Not prominently confirmed publicly
  • Years in the industry: Founded 2012
  • Client rating: 3.8/5 from 8 G2 reviews

Summary of online reviews:

Positive G2 reviewers like FATJOE’s dashboard, straightforward ordering process, turnaround times, and ability to handle link building at scale. Recent positive feedback also mentions responsive support and reliable delivery. However, the G2 sample is much smaller than most Clutch profiles in this comparison, and some reviews raise concerns around content quality, alignment, pricing, or customer service. You should therefore evaluate individual products rather than treating the platform as one uniform service.

How to Choose a SaaS Link Building Agency

The right provider depends on what you actually need.

If your internal team already handles technical SEO, content, and strategy, a specialist link-building provider may be enough. If you need content, SEO strategy, technical implementation, digital PR, and authority building under one engagement, a broader SaaS SEO agency may be the better fit.

Before choosing a provider, check how it approaches links to:

  • Feature pages
  • Integration pages
  • Product comparisons
  • Alternatives pages
  • Use-case landing pages
  • Original research
  • Technical resources
  • Free tools
  • Product-led content

You should also evaluate relevance rather than relying only on domain-level metrics.

A backlink from a smaller but highly relevant SaaS or technology publication can be more useful than a stronger-looking domain with little connection to your product or buyer.

Ask each agency how it evaluates:

  • Topical relevance
  • Organic traffic
  • Page context
  • Editorial quality
  • Geographic audience
  • Traffic trends
  • Anchor text
  • Target-page selection
  • Link longevity

You should also understand exactly what the retainer includes.

Some agencies charge primarily for outreach and placements. Others bundle strategy, content production, research, digital PR, technical SEO, and account management into the same monthly fee.

Comparing retainers without comparing scope can therefore be misleading.

Methodology: how these agencies were ranked

We evaluated these agencies specifically for SaaS link building, rather than simply sorting them by review score or general SEO reputation.

The main factors considered were:

  • SaaS and B2B technology specialization
  • Link-building quality, process, and specialization
  • Documented campaigns and client evidence
  • Public review quality and review depth
  • SEO, digital PR, and AI-search integration
  • Pricing accessibility and commercial flexibility

SaaS specialization and link quality received the greatest emphasis because software companies often need links to technical, competitive, and commercial pages that generic outreach teams can struggle to position naturally.

We also rewarded agencies that connect authority building with content, digital PR, buyer-intent SEO, and AI-search visibility.

Review scores mattered, but we considered review volume and how directly those reviews discussed link building rather than treating every 5-star rating equally.

Review platforms were not treated as directly interchangeable either. Clutch, Trustpilot, and G2 use different audiences and review systems, so both the rating and the size of the review sample were considered.

Self-authored rankings were excluded as ranking evidence.

Several agencies in the current SERP, including TripleDart and SeoProfy, publish their own “best SaaS link building agency” lists and include themselves. Those articles can still provide useful service, positioning, and pricing information, but self-placement did not improve an agency’s position here.

Public ratings, review counts, services, and pricing can change over time, so you should treat the figures above as a 2026 snapshot rather than permanent numbers.

Are Paid Backlinks Against Google’s Guidelines?

Hiring an agency for outreach, research, content creation, digital PR, or publisher relationship building is not automatically the same thing as paying a website to pass ranking value.

The distinction matters.

Google considers buying or selling links primarily to manipulate search rankings a form of link spam. Paid links that function as advertising or sponsorships should be appropriately qualified, such as with rel="sponsored" or nofollow.

That makes the acquisition process an important question when comparing providers.

Ask prospective agencies how links are earned, whether publishers are paid directly, how sponsored placements are handled, and what editorial standards are used.

Avoid providers whose main pitch is simply guaranteed dofollow links from websites selected primarily by DR or DA.
